2. Service Limitations and Guarantees

By using SMMForge.com, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations:

2.1 Quantity Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the purchased quantity (followers, likes, views, etc.) as described in the service details, within the estimated delivery range.

2.2 No Engagement Guarantee

We do NOT guarantee that delivered followers/likes/views will:

  • comment

  • share

  • save

  • DM you

  • continue engaging after delivery

  • translate into sales, customers, or organic growth

2.3 Account Quality Variability

Unless a service explicitly states “real users” or “high quality,” we do NOT guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have:

  • profile pictures

  • full bios

  • posts/content

  • regular activity

Quality varies by service type and supply conditions.

2.4 Retention & Drops

Unless a service includes a clearly stated refill/guarantee in its description:

  • drops may occur naturally over time

  • we do not guarantee permanent retention

  • no compensation is provided for non-guaranteed services

These metrics are intended for appearance enhancement and social proof only and do not represent genuine organic interest from real individuals or guaranteed audience value.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree NOT to use SMMForge.com for any account or content involving:

  • nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content

  • hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

  • violence, graphic content, or promotion of harm

  • illegal activities, drugs, regulated/controlled goods

  • copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to use

  • scams, phishing, fraud, or misleading practices

  • spam content or any activity violating platform rules

We reserve the right to refuse service, pause, or cancel orders linked to prohibited content without refund.

5. Account Requirements

Private/locked/restricted accounts will not receive service and are not eligible for refunds.

  • manipulate metrics for fraud

You are solely responsible for how you represent your account and metrics to third parties.

8. Order Accuracy and User Responsibility

You must ensure all order details are correct before submission, including:

  • correct username/profile link

  • correct post/content URL

  • correct service selection

  • correct quantity within min/max limits

Orders placed with incorrect information are not refundable.

9. Service Modifications and Availability
